About the Role
The Fleet Coordinator reports to the Fleet Supervisor at ACRT Services. This position will play a key role in tracking maintenance and repair of company vehicles. This position requires a high degree of organization and excellent attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
Fleet Servicing

  • Completes orders for new vehicle license plates; ensure all registration tags are up to date by completing renewals with the DMV
  • Schedules preventative maintenance, repairs, and warranty work for automotive equipment as determined by time, hours, mileage, manufacturer's recommendations, oil analysis and historical records
  • Transports vehicles for service appointments
  • Acts as the primary customer liaison with user departments who need equipment maintenance or repair services
  • Prepares preventive maintenance schedules according to vehicle availability
  • Maintains labeled back up keys for fleet
  • Turns over and prepares vehicles for new employees

Record Keeping

  • Leveraging the electronic fleet management program, prepares repair type and frequency reports on a regular and as needed basis
  • Maintains up to date records of all vehicles and drivers
  • Updates fleet inventory records, monitors historical records on all equipment
  • Maintains accurate records of vehicle maintenance and fuel usage
  • Assist managers with fuel cards, fueling issues, vehicle tracking, and Telematics

About You
Must haves:

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: 1 year experience in a corporate role or 1 year experience working with automotive vehicles

Nice to haves:

  • Education: Associates Degree
  • Experience: 2 years’ experience in a corporate role or 2 years of experience working with automotive vehicles

Your Skills:

  • Possesses strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate with outside vendors and internal staff; maintains outside vendor and service provider relationships
  • Detail and deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Proficient at Excel

Where We Work
At ACRT Services we prefer in-person employee interaction and we rely on collaboration among groups to be successful and agile, which means we expect work in the office to continue as an important part of our company culture and a key to employee success. This position is an in-office role, meaning that this candidate will be required to work in-office in Valley Springs,CA daily.
Standard office equipment will be provided to work in the office and at home – a dedicated space at home to work is also required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is a must in your home to attend and host video calls, along with a minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps.
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the ACRT Services salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to customer contact terms, location, experience, and performance. Other rewards may include Paid Time Off, 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, ESOP contributions, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other region-specific benefits as eligible.
Salary Range Transparency
For applicants residing in California, the hourly range for this role is from $21.12 per hour to $25.14 per hour.
