Fleet Operations Driver
Casual Employee Status - no benefits offered in this job role
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift rotating Monday - Friday
  • Our drivers will be required to work a rotation work schedule throughout the week, Monday - Friday, on average 30 hours a week, on the 6:30am - 3:00pm AND 3:00pm - 11:30pm shifts
  • Shift start times can be adjusted and start as early as 5:00am, Monday - Friday
Job Role and Route Duties: include but not limited to
  • Provide safe and timely transportation of doctors, hospital staff and patients to various clinics and/or hospitals to include the Rural Areas
  • Provide safe and timely transportation of Organ Donor List Items
  • Provide safe and timely transportation of patient care equipment and supplies around the Omaha area
  • Perform functions of maintenance, cleaning, completion of proper paperwork and other general office duties

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 18 years of age required.
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills required. Ability to prioritize and multi-task required. Excellent navigational abilities to include map reading required. Ability to follow a schedule required.
  • Current valid motor vehicle operator license, having no moving violations within the previous three year period required. (Note: the employer reserves the right to verify driving records).
  • Ability to meet and maintain insurability required.
  • Must be able to stand up and sit down for periods of time
  • Must be able to handle light lifting duties with picking up items from the ground to waist level at 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient with typical office equipment (e.g., computer, fax machine) preferred.
