Skills
5+ years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS environment.
Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, and communication tools.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively.
Passion for customer service and driving customer success.
Responsibilities
Be the primary relationship for a global portfolio of Fleetio customers with large fleets.
Consult on asset management best practices to help customers meet their goals within and outside the Fleetio platform.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers, advising on maximizing value from products and services.
Research, craft, and host effective strategic meetings with customers.
Nurture customers for advocacy and word of mouth creation.
Manage customer expectations, track progress, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
