Flex is a rapidly growing NYC-based FinTech company focused on enhancing the rent payment experience. They are looking for an experienced Data Leader to lead their data organization and drive impactful data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the entire data organization
- Ensure effective collaboration and operating models between data teams and the rest of the organization
- Align data architecture with business operations
- Oversee the efficient generation, piping, storage, and consistency of data
- Own the analytics framework
- Drive explainability, forecasting, and actionable insights
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Master's degree preferred
