Skills
Advanced experience with SQL
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer support analytics
Experience with ETL processes and business intelligence tools
Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for improving customer support
Monitor KPI performance and present findings to senior leadership
Improve CS capacity forecasting/planning
Design tests and perform analyses to evaluate impacts
Education
Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative focus
