Your mission:
As a UX/UI Designer, your primary focus will be to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that enhance our users' interaction with our platform. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners and the entire team to design and improve the platform & mobile app, ensuring they are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and effective.

Your tasks:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to deliver a cohesive product experience.
  • Conduct user research (interviews, analytics, competitor analysis) to understand our clients' needs.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system across the FLiiP platform.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications & requirements:

  • 2 Proven experiences as a UX/UI designer or similar role and at least in a B2G environment
  • Experience in mobile app design (an asset).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and thought process.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Located in Canada (Timezone EST)
  • French proficiency: Ability to handle professional conversations - Fluent English required.
