The Opportunity 

The Business Systems organization develops and maintains Flock’s internal SaaS platforms, enabling us to scale efficiently and deliver solutions in a high-growth environment! We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team, helping us bring our quote-to-cash stack to the next level. Initially focusing on Docusign, the role will ultimately expand into the quoting and billing arenas as well. A successful candidate will have a strong background with Docusign and its AI capabilities, experience in Salesforce’s quote-to-cash stack, and the ability to design and architect for scale.

The Skillset 

  • The ideal candidate is a certified Docusign Administrator and Workflow Developer with 5+ years of experience. 

    • Nice-to-have qualifications include Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Administrator certifications

  • Document Management - creation, editing, and troubleshooting of document templates and forms

  • Document Workflow Management - creation of approval workflows for documents

  • Docusign IAM - design and implement the enterprise use of Docusign IAM across our instance

  • Salesforce CPQ -  administration and configuration of our CPQ application, including support for new features and functionality using a mature SDLC process

  • Salesforce Billing - administration and configuration of our billing tools, requiring a deep understanding of subscription and order management.  

  • Stakeholder Management - this role will require you to engage with our internal partners to define/design solutions and efficiently prioritize

90 Days at Flock

The First 30 Days

  • Begin your onboarding

    • Meet your teammates and stakeholders

    • Familiarize yourself with our products, software, and business processes

    • Dive into our our SaaS architecture and roadmap

  • Start analyzing our Docusign environment

    • Where are there scaling challenges?

    • Are there suboptimal configurations?

  • Deploy a change to production

The First 60 Days 

  • Take ownership of Docusign as the primary administrator

  • Begin to onboard into our Salesforce environment

  • Develop a plan to execute on Docusign IAM

90 Days & Beyond 

  • Execute on Docusign IAM plan

  • Define, Plan, and Execute on ways to optimize Docusign 

  • Take on supplemental work for Salesforce CPQ and Billing

The Interview Process

  1. Our First Chat: During this first conversation, you’ll meet with a recruiter to chat through your background, what you could bring to Flock, what you are looking for in your next role, and who we are. 

  2. The Hiring Manager Interview: You will meet with your potential future boss to really dive into the role, the team, expectations, and what success means at Flock. This is your chance to really nerd out with someone in your field.

  3. The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners. 

  4. The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more. 

Salary & Equity

In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $77,000-$106,000 as well as stock options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.

💻WFH Stipend: $150 per month to cover the costs of working from home.
