Skills
3+ years experience leading customer facing teams in a SaaS environment
Proven ability in building and managing relationships
Effective communication skills in technical and non-technical subjects
Comfortable with de-escalation management and tough conversations
Ability to self-manage multiple tasks and projects
Passionate about Customer Success and team collaboration
Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers
Deliver value and exceptional customer experience to law enforcement customers
Manage multiple projects with critical thinking and effective communication
Build and manage internal and external relationships
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members

Starting salary of $115,000-$145,000 with stock options
