FloQast is a cloud-first company built on AWS, leveraging NodeJS and AWS Lambdas in our microservice infrastructure, with MongoDB Atlas as our primary datastore. We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator with a strong focus on optimizing database and application performance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in MongoDB administration and a deep understanding of NodeJS.
This is a cross-functional role that requires collaboration with developers, DevOps, and Security teams to optimize database and application performance, design efficient data schemas, and enhance data modeling. Additionally, this role will involve assisting in the training of our developers to ensure they operate in the best possible way.

This role is for a Senior SRE role and the base pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
