What you can expectAt Zoom, we seek a talented BSA to partner with business stakeholders on the Finance Transformation. This role is key in implementing and maintaining Oracle Financials Cloud for Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, and Procure to Pay processes.About the TeamZoom's Information Technology team delivers customer happiness, enhances business efficiency, and fosters agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.Responsibilities• Engaging in all SDLC phases: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, delivery, hypercare, and post-go-live support.• Understand current systems and recommend future state architectures.• Collaborate with business analysts to align functional requirements with EPM (Hyperion) and Financials Cloud capabilities.• Identify technical gaps and create technical design documents.• Develop extensions and integrations for Oracle EPM and Fusion Cloud Applications.• Partner in development cycles, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover activities.• Assist with training, change management, and support.​What we’re looking for• Hold a BS/BE in Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.• Extensive experience in Oracle ERP Financials, including: Cash Management, SLA, Intercompany Accounting, Tax configurations.• Procure to Pay, General Ledger, Fixed Asset modules.• Required experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.• Knowledge of EPM Suite products: FCCS, ARCS, FDMEE, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, EPM Dashboards.• Proficiency in Smartview and Business Rules/Calculation Manager.• Experience with Fusion OTBI reporting and BI Publisher.• Skilled in SOAP/REST Web Service protocols, XML/JSON/POST technologies.• Expert in SQL and PL/SQL.• Experience with Workflow and Personalizations, including Redwood UI.• XML Gateway experience is a nice to have.• Oracle ERP Cloud or Fusion Financials certifications are nice to have.Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$94,600.00Maximum:$218,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
