  • Build and maintain robust backtesting frameworks to evaluate the performance of developed models accurately.

Background and experience

  • Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Finance
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in quantitative research or algorithmic trading, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries (Pandas, Numpy, etc.)
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in strategy development
  • Knowledge of crypto markets and digital assets is a significant advantage
