About the Position:
Location: Arlington VA (Hybrid)
The Sr. Manager – People Platforms for Human Resources will act as a strategic partner between the HR function and IT, ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with HR business needs. This role will leverage expertise in Workday and other HR systems to optimize HR processes, enhance operational efficiencies, and improve employee experience across the organization. The Sr. Manager will work closely with stakeholders, both in HR and IT, to deliver integrated solutions and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary liaison between HR and IT, building strong relationships to understand HR’s needs and translating them into technical solutions.
•Oversee the implementation and optimization of Workday and other HR-related systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver value.
•Lead initiatives that support HR’s digital transformation goals, including process automation, data integrity, and enhanced reporting capabilities.
•Collaborate with HR leaders to identify system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting strategies.
•Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, including system configurations, integrations, and new feature rollouts.
•Drive the adoption of HR technology solutions, providing training, resources, and support to the HR team and broader organization.
•Develop roadmaps and strategic plans for HR technology in alignment with overall business objectives.
•Ensure that HR systems comply with data privacy regulations and corporate security standards.
•Act as the escalation point for HR system-related issues and manage the prioritization of enhancement requests.
•Stay current on HR technology trends and innovations to propose future improvements.
•Travel occasionally to our company offices as needed for strategic meetings and project implementations.
