Celebrating small victories can help keep you energized and engaged in your goals• Tailors the approach with every customer by utilizing open-ended questions to assess their specific needs• Expertise in Learning and Imparting Proficiency of Products and Trends to Meet Customers’ Standards• Maintains a strong understanding of all products, keeping up with both current and emerging industry trends• Implementing systems that address and eliminate all forms of discrimination, such as harassment or prejudice, fosters an atmosphere where all employees feel safe and respectedQualifications:• If you have worked in retail for less than three years, you are still considered a beginner or an entry-level employee in this industry.
