The Sales Business Development Specialist is responsible to provide Business Leadership and Expertise as a resource to the Lincoln Sales Specialists for instruction, training, and assistance in growing the Business.Additional Info• Candidates need to be located within the CMA, preferably within a regional office location (Dallas, Houston, Memphis, Kansas City, Atlanta, Orlando)You'll have…• A Bachelor’s Degree• 5+ years in a sales specific position within the Automotive IndustryEven better, you may have…• Prior experience as a Zone Manager / Brand Specialist• Lincoln / luxury / retail experience• Passion for the automotive industry• Desire to be part of the ONE Ford team• Diverse perspectives• Creative mindset• Excel / Microsoft proficiencyWhat you will do….Retailer Communication• Develop/support all sales related Retailer communications• Develop reports/WebEx materials for Retailer meetingsNew Sales Specialist training/mentoring• Assist in developing new sales specialists; focusing on systems, reports and processes that impact key metrics• Ensure the new sales specialists prioritize tasks and workload according to key Company initiativesAllocation• Assist in wholesale when needed and help manage post wholesaleprocess/communication• Drive SVA and manage Day Supply, & aged inventory. Determine areas of opportunity (Aged retail scheduling and inventory, low SVA vs. facing Region, etc.) to improve performance and achieve 2A6Sales• Provide regional sales updates and sales close support• Deliver monthly Regional 2A6 objective: Inventory analysis by Zone vs. Regions• Create and update monthly sales expectancy reports to determine stores facing greatest “pump in.• Assist in preparing decks/presentations for Retailer & Company meetings (Grass Roots meetings, Sales performance improvement meetings, Business Plan etc).
