Account Manager

FormAssembly is growing and we are excited to add an Account Manager to focus on expanding our customers within our top 5 verticals. You will be working on net new ARR growth within a Named Account territory. This is a full-time position, open to all locations (working remotely from home).

Responsibilities:

  • Selling FormAssembly instances, user licenses, connectors, analytics, and premium support & consulting services to an assigned book of existing customers
  • Increasing customer revenue spend across assigned accounts
  • Gain a deep understanding of the way customers operate & use FormAssembly, how private and public companies make decisions, and identify priorities driving decisions from the C-level.
  • Building account strategy and territory plans
  • Establishing credibility and trust with customers
  • Uncovering exec-level initiatives and pain points to map back to FormAssembly value & use cases
  • Partnering with internal teams: Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to create a positive customer experience
  • Generating upsell opportunities to create pipeline and attain quota
  • Managing KPIs for customer accounts engagement & forecasting with accuracy towards monthly & quarterly targets
  • 3+ years of customer account management experience and full cycle sales experience
  • Experience managing a high-volume of customer accounts
  • Consistent annual quota attainment of $500,000+ ARR
  • Experience selling to the C-suite & multiple stakeholders buying decision makers
  • Ability to collaborate with various internal teams to achieve positive customer outcomes

  • Demonstrable strategic account planning experience

OTE: $110,000 - $140,000
