We're seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic, remote team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and improving our AI-powered platform, working across our entire tech stack to create efficient, scalable solutions that drive our mission forward.
Design, develop, and maintain features across our full technology stack
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Implement security and data protection measures
Participate in code reviews and contribute to our engineering best practices
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Strong experience with our tech stack: Svelte, Python, PostgreSQL (Neon), Terraform, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Proven track record of building and shipping production-ready web applications
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Experience with AI/ML technologies and integrations
Familiarity with grant funding processes or impact-driven sectors (climate, healthcare, defense, and deep tech)
Contributions to open-source projects
