ManpowerGroup Greece, is recruiting Graduate Software Engineers & Junior IT Professionals to join the Salesforce Consulting Team of leading companies! You will be hired from the very first day of training, guided by a team of experts, and trained on Salesforce!

What’s the opportunity?

Recruitment Process

✔️ Step 1: Apply for the position. Once we receive your CV, we will schedule an interview to provide insights about the program and get to know you.

✔️ Step 2: After the interview, you will receive a technical assessment to evaluate your knowledge of OOP, algorithms, and databases. You must achieve a minimum score of 65% on this test. You will receive your assessment report with your scores.

✔️ Step 3: You will meet with the hiring team to learn more about the role, projects, and the Salesforce platform.

✔️ Step 4: If all sides click, you will receive a job offer. Upon acceptance, you will be hired and enrolled in the Salesforce Academy!

📢 What happens after the training period?

Upon successfully completing the 9-week training, you will be Salesforce certified and join the Salesforce Consulting Team, working on exciting projects for leading companies.

 

What do I get from the Academy?

➡️ Enhance your technical skills with intensive online classes and hands-on assignments based on the latest trends in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will receive in-depth training in technologies such as Java, AJAX, JavaScript, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The program prepares you for the Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications, ensuring you are equipped to excel as a Salesforce Developer.

Additionally, you will be hired and paid from the first day of the academy!

📍 The training is 100% remote. You should be available to work in a flexible, virtual environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Polytechnic Schools, or relevant fields. We also welcome applicants who are close to graduation or have only a few courses left.
  • Strong grades in programming-related courses, with a solid understanding of Java and OOP.
  • Personal projects or e-learning certifications related to programming are highly appreciated.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in cloud computing and CRM systems.
  • Good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing, as courses are taught in English.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • A PC/laptop to attend the courses.
  • Willingness and discipline to study, learn, and grow!
