Human Resources Business Partner

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to work directly with the SVP of Human Resources in aligning business objectives with employees and management throughout the organization.

Skills

Analytical, communication, comprehension and reasoning skills
Knowledge of HR best practices and ability to adapt to company needs
Strong leadership skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and HCM systems

Responsibilities

Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
Develop people strategies and design approaches for enhancing organization effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Provide HR expertise in feedback, employee relations, policy and development, compensation, and coaching.
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Assist in the development, updates, and communication of company policies to ensure compliance with regulatory laws.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communication or equivalent work experience
