We're seeking an Admin Staff to join our team and provide exceptional support across various administrative functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide calendar management and scheduling for internal teams.

  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and travel arrangements.

  • Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and digital).

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.

  • Coordinate office logistics, including ordering supplies and equipment.

  • Greet visitors and ensure a positive first impression of our company.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Do LinkedIn connecting and messaging

  • Run meetings and take/send out notes

  • Triage inbound tickets

  • Take over some weekly/monthly processes

  • Correspond with select clients/partners to manage the logistics of meetings and webinars

  • Help in select sales outreach and follow-up

  • Create presentation materials

Location

  • This is a work-from-home setup. 

  • You would work during US EST Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST)

What makes a strong candidate:

  • Consistent availability & looking for a long-term position

  • You should be available full-time with no other major commitments during a typical Monday-Friday during normal US-Eastern business hours. - Most of the team members we work with have been with the company for years.

  • You plan for this to be the only job that you're working. No side hustles or part-time work with other companies.

  • Incredibly organized and you have a history of proactively following through on all commitments and tasks at a high level of quality.

  • Strong English speaking and writing abilities – Reading comprehension in English is super important and ideally, you can create written emails and LinkedIn messages that would be as strong as those from our US-based team members.

  • Self-motivated and driven - Everyone at our company has always excelled academically and professionally. If you were the best student in your classes and have been the highest performer out of everyone in your internship or job, you'll fit in great!

  • Incredibly responsive - Speed and high-quality responses to colleagues, clients, and partners are a differentiator for our company. We have high expectations on this front.

  • Willingness to get on Zoom and have voice conversations with the team and your manager.

Benefits

Equipment: The necessary equipment (ex. company computer) will be provided.

Wages

  • Hourly compensation is in $USD

  • We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills

  • Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own

  • Target 42.5 billable hours per week

  • Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings

Paid vacation time

  • 20 days accrued annually

  • These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.

  • Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.

Paid sick time

  • 5 sick days off annually

Paid life leave*

  • 15 days accrued annually.

  • Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time.

Paid holidays

  • You have 7 paid US holidays.
