What we expect:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Maintain a professional appearance and open front entrance doors to welcome guest in and out as needed.
Greet guest by name and create memorable moments when possible.
Engage with new and returning guest making them feel as they are in their home away from home.
Anticipate guests’ needs, and respond quickly & professionally to all guest requests
Provide information on hotel amenities and facilities
Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of the surrounding areas to give directions as needed.
Communicate with GSM & AGSM to ensure proper preparation for group arrivals and departures.
Maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and team members.
Maintain a clean, pleasant and safe working environment, assuring all main entrance area is nice and tidy.
Consistently practice and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, patrons and our guests.
Report any necessary attentions and/or touch ups needed.
Accountable for being a highly visible individual in the lobby that well represents the Four Seasons Los Angeles.
Ensuring coverage in the lobby meeting and greeting guests
Ensure exterior Front Drive is kept maintained, coordinating with engineering on polishing and maintenance needs
Ensure safety & security practices are maintained within the Front Drive
Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolving guest issues and assisting with guest inquires as required ensuring guest issues are resolved within 24 hours.
Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices, taking opportunities to create extraordinary experiences whenever possible
Communicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service
Needed in lobby / front drive main entrance doors to show constant appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned by GSM / AGSM / Door attendant or management level staff.
Ideal candidate will have:
1 year of guest or customer service experience (preferably in a hotel/hospitality environment)
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
Previous experience in a luxury setting preferred
