FranklinCovey is seeking a head of sales operations and strategy for our client acquisition business. This role will partner with, and serve, as Key Advisor to our VP of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual sales planning process
  • Lead a team of 3+ directly reporting team members
  • Develop forecasting methodology and process
  • Own key business initiatives to accelerate revenue generation
  • Own systems and technology recommendations
  • Measure the health of the business through KPI's

  • Bachelor’s Degree
