(Senior) Legal Counsel Poland/Italy (maternity cover) - Warsaw or remote
Legal Counsel (12-15 month fixed contract as maternity cover) in the international legal department of FREENOW, responsible for business in Poland and/or Italy.
Skills
- Qualified to practise law in Poland and/or Italy
- 3+ years full-time post-qualification experience
- Exceptional team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Italian and/or Polish
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Providing legal advice and guidance
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Handling all IP matters
- Implementing automated solutions and workflows
