POSITION SUMMARY: 
As the Financial Program Manager, this role will play a pivotal role in nurturing strong relationships with our finance partners. The Financial Program Manager will act as the main point of contact for their finance partners, supporting their success.  
  
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with finance partners management and their teams 
  • Act as the main point of contact for finance partners, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally 
  • Liaison between finance partners and Freedom Forever  
  • Responsible for representing finance partners voice and present their perspectives to operations and project support teams to continue to drive improvements and engagement plans 
  • Collaborate with internal Freedom Forever departments, sales leaders and operations to drive initiatives 
  • Act as a mediator and problem solver when issues or challenges arise between finance partners and the company. Address concerns or complaints from finance partners, working with relevant internal departments to find appropriate resolutions 
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing finance partner satisfaction and performance 
  • Ability to understand technical information and explain it to non-technical stakeholders 
  • Resolve project issues that prevent deal progression 
  • Perform other duties as assigned  
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 
Experience:
  • 2 years + of sales, marketing, or account management experience in the solar industry
