The Senior Funding Coordinator works in the direction of the Funding Supervisor, ensuring funds from customers and Third-Party Finance Partners are secure through a project task and ticket queue. The Senior Coordinator is responsible formaintaining a healthy relationship with finance partners, a high approval rate on finance submissions and ensuring funds are received as expected, in a timely manner. A successful Senior Coordinator demonstrates a thorough understanding of all finance requisites, complete understanding of the project life cycle and clearly communicates and/or coordinates necessary corrections both with internal teams and Freedoms Third Party Dealer Network.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with finance companies to ensure effective collaboration and timely funding for projects.
Proactively engage with finance partners and coordinators to optimize funding processes and explore opportunities for process improvements.
Monitor project stages and statuses, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and addressing any issues or delays.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations and Sales, to address customer-related issues, ensure clear communication, and provide timely updates.
Oversee the submission of accurate and complete documents to finance companies, ensuring compliance with customer and system specifications.
Act as a point of escalation for customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and effective resolution while maintaining an elevated level of professionalism.
Dispatch service calls and escalate project needs per customer requests and for funding purposes.
Communicate important feedback from coordinators to management.
Produces complex project issues into clear resolution options for Operations and Sales Representatives.
Provide support to coordinators to help reach the team’s objectives.
Manage and respond to a high volume of communications, including emails, calls, and system notifications.
Assist with training and retraining of Funding teammates.
Complete Quality Audits of work completed by junior level teammates.
Support with special initiatives and project sprints outside of standard duties.
