Senior Simulation Engineer

Freeform is seeking a Senior Simulation Engineer to develop physics-based models for advanced metal 3D printing systems, with a focus on data-driven solutions for automation. Ideal candidate should have deep knowledge in physical simulations and work in a collaborative environment.

Skills

Expertise in computational solid mechanics
Programming in Python, C++, Rust
Experience with high performance computing (HPC)

Responsibilities

Develop models for physics in advanced metal 3D printing systems.

Simulate geometric deformation from printing processes.

Education
