Ensure articles are published according to internal deadlines
Move articles through the various steps of our editorial process, making sure none remain “stuck” in any particular step for too long
Coordinate with in-house employees and freelancers to ensure all editorial steps are completed in a timely manner
Anticipate production bottlenecks and alert the team to help us avoid them
Keep all tracking sheets and project management tools updated with project statuses
Report project status to team leaders
Strong administrative and/or project management skills (2+ years of experience)
Hands-on experience helping teams sharpen their productivity and accomplish big goals
Experience using Monday. Com (preferred) or similar project management tools
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and sometimes shifting priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English
Experience with/understanding of one or more internet marketing topics: SEO, paid search, social media marketing, content marketing
