Hello, Network Operations Manager!

This essential role analyzes the network health at 675+ Freeosk locations on a daily basis. As a Network Operations Manager on our Operations Team, you'll be making decisions that impact the efficiency of our retail operations. In this role you'll help drive the demand planning for 200+ weekly programs, the supply chain of sample inventory, the replenishment of kiosks, the operational kiosk health and merchandising needs for some of the world's largest retailers including Sam's Club.
Our ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, high attention to detail, a strong bias toward action, a keen ability to autonomously spot trends and drives results in everything they do. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who embraces challenges, thrives in a past face environment and is able to utilize data to suggest recommendations and drive actions that support our strategy. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable with managing multiple projects at once, communicating information to technical and non-technical audiences, and working collaboratively with other individuals.

We work in a distributed environment. Our office is in Chicago, but you can be located within the continental United States. There may be travel required from time to time.
