· Develop and implement data quality strategies to ensure high data quality across various systems.
· Perform data profiling and quality assessments to identify data issues and improvement opportunities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document data quality metrics and standards.
· Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and present findings to stakeholders.
· Monitor data quality metrics and prepare reports to communicate results and trends.
· Support data cleansing initiatives and drive remediation efforts.
· Assist in the design and implementation of data quality tools and technologies.
· Engage with business users to understand data requirements and data quality expectations.
· Document data quality processes and best practices for ongoing reference.
· Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in data quality management.
· Experience with SQL and other data querying tools.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
· Good communication skills to work with stakeholders at various levels.
· Familiarity with data governance principles and methodologies.
· Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
