1.       7-10 of experience with at-least 2-3 years of experience as a scrum master

2.       Certifications- mainly CSM or equivalent

3.       Proficient with software development, scrum, XP, FDD, Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.) Proficient in Agile, Agile - Waterfall methodologies

4.       Ability to work with multiple teams across different technologies.

5.       6-8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field - good experience as a data analyst

6.       Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills 

7.       Experience coaching and mentoring teams. 

8.       Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills 

9.       Proficiency in agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks 

10.    Knowledge or strong familiarity with software development 

11.    Decent knowledge about MDM, Data Analytics, Data Governance.

12.    experience and knowledge to guide and support Scrum Team to improve practice they follow whenever needed to increase delivery and achieve business goals.

13.    Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

14.    Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

15.    Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

16.    Performing requirements analysis. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

17.    Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

18.    Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.

19.    Excellent communication and servant leadership skills and Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

20.    Performing user acceptance testing.

21.    Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

22.    Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

23.    Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

24.    Managing competing resources and priorities.

25.    Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
