Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn
Follow recruitment processes and add creative touch
Screen potential Campus Manager candidates
Schedule meetings with the in-house interviewing team
Work with Campus Recruiters to meet recruiting goals
Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics
Coordinate with interview and training teams
