Freshworks is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager for our Corporate FP&A team. In this pivotal role, you will drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support the rapid growth of our organization. You will partner with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring financial insights align with our broader strategy and enable data-driven decision-making.
As a Senior Manager in FP&A, you will be responsible for implementing process improvements, conducting in-depth business analysis, and delivering key financial and operational metrics that provide meaningful insights to guide leadership decisions. Roles and Responsibilities:
Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/ week (Tue - Thur) from our San Mateo, CA headquarters.
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs, and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation Package
$188,000 - $250,000 Base Salary + Variable Compensation
