As a Front Desk Administrative Support you will set the tone for our facility while working in our front lobby to greet our visitors, customers, and employee. You will be kept busy in providing administrative support to our key leaders.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure a welcome greeting to our visitors, and customers including checking them in, ensuring that they are connected with the appropriate internal resource, and they have a positive experience while at our facility.

  • Provide support to key leaders with expense reports and other travel related activities.

  • Assist in coordinating on site activities.

  • Prepare and deliver various daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports.

  • Perform departmental office administrative tasks and office support activities.

  • Interface with various levels of departmental management on operational and administrative tasks.

  • Resolve reporting issues with speed and quality with ability to think out of box on special requests.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • An Associates degree in business administration, or equivalent experience, knowledge and skills.

  • 3 years administrative experience


Skills:


  • Excellent internal / external customer service skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated proficiency of PC and software application skills. Knowledge of SAP a plus.

  • Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate proficiency using Excel

  • Strong experience in maintaining and supporting SharePoint and MS Teams Channels

  • Good written and oral skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizing skills with ability to prioritize.

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to document processes.

  • General understanding of basic accounting principles.
