Elements Massage Front Desk in Mechanicsburg, PA is looking for one front desk agent to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 6416 Carlisle Pike, Suite 3200. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Organize and schedule meetings as needed *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Qualifications

*Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position *Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills
