The Work
Our cybersecurity experts work to protect the functions and missions that are vital to our people, government, and military through proactive planning and strong public-private partnerships. ICF is seeking a Program Management Analyst who will directly support a federal cybersecurity client’s day-to-day programmatic needs. The Program Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting activities, especially with the Production Office. The position is a hybrid role and on-site work will be conducted in Arlington, VA.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including the client.

Support development of reports, project documents, and other program materials as needed.

Take direction and independently develop plans and initiatives to support customer requests for tracking, management, and reporting.

Work across organization to organize and track key project deadlines, metrics, and deliverables.
-
Act as point of contact for the client and provide prompt, substantive and comprehensive responses to all client needs and requests.

Identify gaps in current administrative support, take initiative and provide solutions.
-
Provide clear communication and direction in support of customer directives.
-
Provide feedback and troubleshoot any barriers encountered within the assigned tasks.

Provide support with other general administrative duties as assigned.

Hybrid remote position in Arlington, VA.
What You Must Have:
-
1+ years’ experience in Program Management, especially in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
-
U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position); active TS/SCI clearance required.
What We’d Like You to Have:

Cybersecurity knowledge and the ability to understand the programs and initiatives CISA sponsors through the Cooperative Agreement and help guide the recipient in execution.

PMP designation.

Adapt to and address changing priorities.

Experience working with MS Office applications and SharePoint platforms.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while demonstrating the initiative to complete projects.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$70,374.00 - $119,636.00
