About our CRM Team:

We help our clients build and nurture lasting customer relationships by designing and optimizing personalized CRM strategies and beyond to drive retention and growth. Our CRM team is currently looking for a motivated (Junior) CRM Manager (f/m/d) to support our customers professionalizing their email marketing activities through engaging campaigns and automated processes. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

  • You work with our support on becoming an E-Mail Marketing Expert in the B2C world
  • You develop and execute together with our team personalized email marketing strategies for our clients’ products or brands
  • You support our inhouse experts in guiding our clients through the process of finding and implementing the perfect tool solutions for their email marketing requirements
  • You support our clients in creating and optimizing their email marketing creatives to reach the highest possible engagement KPIs and revenue output
  • You introduce our clients together with experienced colleagues to automated email marketing and help them to develop, implement, track, and optimize email series around the customer journey
  • Over time, you take over training of the email marketing teams of our clients to enable them to become the next email marketing experts
  • You will become an expert for the email marketing tools most commonly used by our clients such as but not exclusively Mailchimp and Klaviyo

Who Are You?

  • You are passionate about emails as a communication method and about getting the right content to the right user group at the best time
  • You ideally have first experiences in the fields of email marketing and/or CRM or have self-educated yourself on the topic
  • Previous experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo or pretty much any other email marketing tool would be beneficial
  • You enjoy developing content that fits the needs of the audience
  • Knowledge in Photoshop and Email HTML/CSS would be beneficial, but is not mandatory
  • You have a basic analytical understanding and are able to report on engagement KPIs related to email marketing
  • You possess very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
