Fujitsu, a leading technology company, is looking for a dynamic Sales Data Analyst to transform our approach to data analysis and elevate our sales operations. We are seeking a motivated individual who is not just a number cruncher, but a strategic thinker capable of high-level visibility, project management, and strong executive functions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, be proactive, exhibit excellent organizational prowess, feel at ease presenting to C-Level executives, and adeptly manage multiple workstreams.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, enabling data-driven decision-making at the highest level.

  • Project Management: Lead and drive various strategic projects, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure their successful execution. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.

  • Executive-level Reporting: Create compelling reports and presentations tailored for executive stakeholders, effectively communicating insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

  • High-Level Visibility: Act as a key liaison between sales operations and executive leadership, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.

  • Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall sales team productivity through data analysis and process optimization.


Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, ITS, or related major. Minimum GPA of 3.0.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Scala. Familiarity with business intelligence tools, especially Tableau.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical background, including statistics and algebra. Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting complex data and insights to C-Level executives.

  • Organization: Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills, capable of handling multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
