Skills
- 6+ years in solution engineering or technical sales
- Strong technical background in web infrastructure
- Experience with CRM and integration solutions
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies
- Exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the MM & SMB SE team and presales activities
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams
- Monitor MM and SMB deals ensuring successful execution
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee RFP preparation and completion
- Track KPIs for the LATAM team
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members
- Ensure timely and successful solution delivery
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
