About The Role
We are looking for a resourceful marketing manager to join our high-performance marketing team to drive the strategy and execution for our Enterprise and ABM GTM opportunities. In this role we are looking for a strategic and proactive marketer with experience in account based programming and a proven track record of building demand in high value markets. You’ll own the creation and successful implementation of demand generation programs within our enterprise segment, controlling the full funnel journey from acquisition to upsell - building and growing the biggest opportunities for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Design and operationalize an ABM strategy with Sales, CX and Marketing teams
Monitor and analyze target account engagement and funnel performance, reporting on key insights and opportunities
Conceptualize and implement personalized campaigns that align with business objectives
Develop and execute nurture programs according to buyer personas and account journey stages
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to run testing, build reporting, and surface insights that will improve engagement and conversions
Evaluate, build, and manage in-person event plans that facilitate networking opportunities and showcase our value in unique and creative ways
Communicate program updates, insights, and requests to Sales & Marketing leadership
Maintain positive and productive relationships with key members of the sales team
Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years experience in demand gen marketing
Experience building ABM programs for enterprise clients
Experience working closely with sales, CX, and ops teams
Hands-on experience project managing initiatives from start to finish
Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools quickly and self-sufficiently
Understand marketing, sales, and business processes
Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
Bonus Points
Experience working with non-profit organizations
Experience working in SaaS / tech based companies
Salesforce and Hubspot experience
Experience working with external agencies and vendors
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
