What you'll be doing

We are looking for a strategic product owner dedicated to leading the next era of transformation for our award-winning audience-targeting solution (Aperture).  

Our audience-targeting platform (Aperture) is undergoing a transformative journey to accelerate its journey to deliver performance-driven outcomes for our clients. As the lead product owner, you would be responsible and empowered to achieve this goal and to continue Aperture’s journey of breaking boundaries. 

Reporting to The Director of Commercial Product and GMT, you will exert knowledge of DMPs and data strategy and experience delivering results. This is a managerial position, so as the team manager, you are comfortable mentoring and working on team development. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Craft and lead comprehensive strategies to enhance Aperture’s purpose of driving client performance. 
  • Client ready: Ensure commercial teams are empowered to use Aperture to accomplish client outcomes and on hand to provide support in senior meetings. 
  • Technical and Analytical Skills: Harness first-party data, minimizing third-party data reliance. Develop and implement measurement mechanisms to showcase performance improvements, ensuring quality assurance in segment building and analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work with teams such as sales, planning, AdOps, post-sales, and TM/Insight, to create scalable retargeting solutions. Train and engage teams to focus on driving performance with top-tier clients.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement a reporting system to demonstrate and strengthen how Aperture drives client performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to position Aperture competitively. Maximize opportunities arising from the decline in third-party cookies.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • 8+ years experience in media, with experience running DMPs/Audience functions. 
  • Strategic Experience: Track record in working with Data Management Platforms (DMPs) at a strategic level.
  • Analytical Proficiency:- Data driven insights to enhance marketing efficiency and customer relationship depth.
  • Results-oriented: Deep commitment to achieving performance improvements and exceeding organizational goals.
