Now in its 22nd year, Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA) has firmly established itself as the world’s largest wine competition. Respected globally for its rigorous judging process and world-class judges, DWWA results are trusted internationally by both trade and consumers. 

What you'll be doing...

We are looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager (12 months, Maternity Cover)  to lead the strategic development and management of comprehensive marketing campaigns.

Working for the world's leading wine Awards,  you will drive the award entries through multi-channel marketing strategies, content creation, brand partnerships and international collaborations.

You will drive the growth and visibility of DWWA through multi-channel marketing strategies, content creation, brand partnerships and international collaborations.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

  • Understanding of wine at WSET Level 3 or above (or equivalent)
  • Senior level manager with at least 4 years experience
  • Understand the principles of marketing, ROI and measurement
  • Project management skills
  • Budget management and tracking; experience in creating budgets, tracking and reporting forecasted spend
  • Ability to write creative briefs and manage and critique assets produced by internal studio
  • Management skills to lead a team
  • Knowledge of Office packages; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Selligent, Campaign Monitor, or similar but not essential 
  • Able to utilise CMS to build websites in programs such as Swoogo/ Shopify but not essential.
