Enterprise Customer Success Manager

G2 is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and deliver ROI for key Enterprise B2B customers. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and experienced professional who excels in fostering relationships and providing consultative guidance.

Skills

  • 4+ years in Customer Success or technology product consulting.
  • Proficient in marketing strategy, planning, and tactics, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level customers in the technology industry.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presenting communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Enterprise B2B customers in adopting G2’s solutions and maximizing ROI.
  • Serve as a reliable advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Provide best practices for leveraging G2’s products, identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, keeping them engaged and supported.
  • Create and track Mutual Success Plans, holding business reviews and strategizing for expansion and renewal.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather customer feedback and help improve products and services.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
