Sales EngineerA high-energy opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive the growth of a revolutionary industrial mixing technology. This position involves managing the sales process, delivering product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships for a world-class industrial mixer that reduces mixing time and costs while delivering transformative results. The role includes significant travel, with up to 50% on the road, and is based at the company headquarters in Butte, Montana.Responsibilities:• Pursue leads, qualify prospects, and manage all aspects of the sales process for new and existing customers.• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.• Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, representing the technology at field events, including conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.• Respond to technical and functional elements of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.• Interface with internal Engineering and Operations teams to convey customer needs and technical requirements.• Travel throughout the U.S. sales territory to engage with customers and close sales.• Maintain accurate customer data using Salesforce CRM.• Act promptly to resolve customer issues and provide professional follow-up.• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals while adhering to company policies.• Present and demonstrate equipment at customer sites and trade events.Qualifications:• Self-motivated and able to work independently.• Proven track record in capital equipment sales with experience in industrial materials processing.• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.• Comfortable in a technical environment with a rapidly expanding customer base.• Organized, analytical, and skilled in overcoming sales obstacles with creative solutions.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales.• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.• U.S. Citizenship and a valid U.S. driver's license are required.• Proficiency in installing and demonstrating equipment at customer locations.• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with computers and mixing equipment.• A strong work ethic and a high degree of professionalism.Compensation and Benefits:• Competitive base salary with commission opportunities.• Comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), medical insurance, vacation, holidays, and life insurance.This role offers the opportunity to leverage a strategic sales approach for significant growth in a dynamic environment, introducing innovative technology to new markets and applications.About the Company:Gables Search GroupGables Search Group headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio has been a leader in search and placement nationwide since 2002.
