Responsibilities

• Develop guidelines for managing and upgrading operational issues in a financial service tech platform
• Work with a team to ensure platform durability and scalability
• Build tools and processes to enable faster feature deployment reliant on data
• Provide data storage and access guidelines for application development
• Analyze SQL performance and provide optimization recommendations
• Write, test, and deploy scalable monitoring scripts
• Communicate project health with stakeholders and business leadership
• Provide rotating on-call support

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
