Job Description SummaryThis role is for the Aero Lease and New Units Finance Manager of the Aero Services and Products JV LLC, a joint-venture owned 50% by GE Vernova and 50% by Baker Hughes, with an estimated revenue of $0.9B. The JV’s purpose is to deliver improved product, repair and execution strategy & fulfillment for the JV partners and ASPs. The JV will operate across 5 global entities.This role will be reporting to the Product Line and Supply Chain Finance Director of the JV and will partner closely with the Supply Chain and Lease Operations Team to manage New Units Transaction, Lease fulfillment, Lease Pool Management, cost out, financial analysis and forecasting.Essential Functions:The responsibilities for this role includes:Financial Management:• Oversee the financial operations related to New Units and Lease portfolio, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and quarterly financial closing.• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize lease pool performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Reporting and Analysis:• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses to senior management and other stakeholders.• Monitor Lease Pool key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making i.e. Lease Pool Addition and Disposition.Lease Financial Process Optimization:• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of lease billing management and annual rate calculation.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline lease-related processes and systems, including usage monitoring and repair planning.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Finance or Accounting• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Aeroderivative Engine Products• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle/ERPDesired Characteristics• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities• Strong process management skills• Ability to work with teams across functions and around the globe• Ability to challenge status quo and influence cross-functional and global counterparts• Ability to execute across multiple priorities independently & decisively• Ability to adjust to varying priorities in a dynamic environment, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesAbout Us: Aero Alliance is a Joint Venture that serves three segments of customers – its two parent companies, Baker Hughes and GE Power, as well as the Authorized Service Providers (ASP) network.
