Job Description Summary
The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the operational activities of the SEI organization. He/She is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective processes across various departments to meet organizational goals and objectives. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, lean mindset and problem-solving skills to drive... continuous improvement and optimize operational performance.
The role will report to the CEO of SEI and be a be a visible member of the extended imaging leadership team, while maintaining responsibility to meet the objectives.

Key areas of responsibility
Manage And Strengthen a High-performance Team (direct And Indirect) Of Engaged Talented And Motivated Program Project Management Professionals To Successfully Manage And Deploy The Following Across Multiple Functions Of The Business
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to define short and long-term operational plans. Clearly define and own a process for program, project prioritization within SEI with intent of improving overall Development, Commercial and Service execution and rigor across SEI.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to achieve KPI target, streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Drive consistency and harmonization of process adoption.
• Systems & Process Optimization: Deploy tools and processes for adoption of latest development practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and evaluate progress towards goals. Monitor KPIs, lead the Monthly Operating Reviews, and take corrective actions as needed to address any deviations.
• Manage the lean projects and plan for SEI and drive the impact through lean.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies, for both, on-prem solutions and cloud-based architecture. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of product/service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocation. Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize productivity and minimize waste and collaborate with HR/Learning leader on training.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a large team of operations staff, provide guidance, support, and training to team members to foster their professional development. Promote diversity, including experience and thought leadership.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelors degree in engineering, science or related field. MBA preferred.
• Emphasis in healthcare, medical Software and Services. Cloud experience is highly appreciated.
• 10+ years' experience in successful strategy, program deployment using PPM, project management, Lean/Six Sigma and other methodologies with 5+ years in program management organization leadership and staff management experience.
• Must have lead multi-year complex projects and launches in healthcare, working in global/multi-cultural environment.
• Experience with digital project management tools.
• Familiarity with tools utilized in commercial and service quoting for software business.
• Solid financial and analytical skills.
• Knowledge, Skills and Attributes.
• Strong track record of meeting objectives with a sense of urgency and driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strong talent management and people development skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work across a heavily matrixed environment and can communicate effectively and concisely at all levels.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Executive presence; strong presentation and communication skills.

The salary range for this position is
Total Base Pay Range
• 184,008.00 - 230,010.00 - 276,012.00 USD Annually not including a
discretionary 15 percent bonus potential.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation.
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $184,008.00-$276,012.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
