Manager, Compliance (Account Review)

- Understanding of transaction pattern red flags
Responsibilities
- Oversee periodic and trigger-based account reviews inclusive of KYC refresh and transactional analysis
- Provide training to the account review team
- Track accounts due for review and provide updates on progress
- Perform quality control on account review submissions
- Draft and update internal procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address compliance issues
- Identify procedural inefficiencies and drive process improvements
Education
- BA/BS degree or international equivalent
- Advanced degree/certifications preferred (e.g., JD, MBA, CAMS, CFE)
