Manager, Payroll
Gemini, a global crypto platform, is seeking a driven Manager, Payroll to manage US and International payroll operations, compliance, and optimization.
Skills
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience in accounting analysis and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Knowledge of Workday and Netsuite preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle processing of US and International payroll
- Work with payroll software service provider for process optimization
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits reporting
- Implement internal controls for payroll efficiency and compliance
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
