General Construction Assistant

Construction Technician will perform work to complete items on the QSI and customer meeting punch lists. Direct trade partners as necessary to complete pre-title punch lists. Maintain models. Assist in unloading and distributing materials as needed. Perform warranty and service functions as directed. Perform repairs to bring work on inspection list up to industry standards and home warranty standards ensure EPA compliance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; 2 – 4 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service/relations experience helpful. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
