We are looking for a General Laborer to join our mining team at Boron Operations. Competitive compensation, family friendly roster, and rewarding work.

Reporting to the Maintenance & Services Supervisor and working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will be:

  • Proficiently utilizing a range of small tools including shovels, pinch bars, sledgehammers, brooms, and more. Operate machinery such as bobcats, forklifts, sweepers, condors, scissor lifts, and jackhammers to efficiently accomplish comprehensive equipment and facility cleanup tasks.
  • Skillfully loading and unloading railroad cars and trucks to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Providing exceptional services for office setup and relocation, including the safe lifting and transportation of furniture, equipment, and other items. Expertly handle the installation of pictures and shelves to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing workspace.
  • Actively contribute to general cleanup efforts, assist with painting, insulation, and support production activities as necessary.

What you’ll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Availability to work flexible schedules as required
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Experience in the mining industry preferred
