We seek a dynamic and experienced B&B Innkeeper couple to serve as General Managers over two charming properties just half a block apart. Both properties are beautiful B&Bs, with one featuring 15 rooms and the other offering 10 rooms. If you are passionate about hospitality and can manage two properties that are close to each other, this opportunity is perfect for you.

General Manager - B&B Innkeeper Couple Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience managing a B&B Inn with at least 20 rooms, demonstrating your ability to handle the industry's unique challenges.
• We seek a B&B Innkeeping couple, with one member possessing excellent cooking skills to enhance our guests' culinary experiences.
• Take charge of daily operations, including guest reservations, reception, general cleaning, guest room cleaning, laundry, grounds work, and overseeing seasonal projects.
• Desired traits include being personable, possessing exemplary communication skills, being self-motivated, and taking ownership of responsibilities. We value flexibility, good managerial skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to follow through on tasks.
• Ensure a seamless online presence by working with the owner on rates, actively monitoring and updating all marketing and social media platforms, including the website, Facebook, blogs, review sites, e-newsletters, and participation in local marketing events.
• Proven financial management abilities, including inventory control, to maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience selling and hosting special events, such as weddings, retreats, and family reunions, to create unforgettable memories for our guests.
• Smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises.
